How I can apply for Saudi Arabian Driving Licence?
For applying for Saudi Arabian Driving License, the following things ready with you before you going driving school (Dalla). If you are already familiar with driving, you will get license easily.
Your Iqama (Resident permit)
Your Country License translated to Arabic.
Take your Blood group report from any dispensary in Saudi Arabia.
Your Passport copy with visa copy as well.
A letter from your Kafeel (sponsor) attested from Chamber of Commerce.
For 10years deposit SR 400/- against your Iqama.
Go to the Dallah Driving School, nearest your area, with all the documents before 9'o clock.
Create a file from Translation center or Photocopy center inside or nearby.
With this file, go for eyes test and get stamp on your application.
Go for license check and trail. Good Luck.
If you succeed go for computer test and final trail.
Pay SR.400 and show them you paid the License fee. And Wait for driving license.

Study the driving chart carefully, Take it easy-no tension
Seat belt, Seat adjustment, Back view mirror, Hand break,
Start slowly, no sound when gear change, not off the car when driving.
Change gear accordingly. Drive slowly through round-about.
Make sure give the signals when turning (left/right/stop).
Drive slowly unless the instructor asks you to drive fast.

Procedure for applying Lost/stolen Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
2. A letter from the employer or head of the family's resident director of the Passports Department, explaining the reasons for the loss of residence permit and the place in which it was lost.
3. Present original valid passport and photo copy of the last Iqama, if any.
4. Fill in the appropriate form, which can be obtained from the Jawazat. Sign the form and get it stamped with the seal of the employer.
5. If the Iqama was lost for a period of less than one year, then the applicable fee shall be paid for one year (SR500) and at one of branches of banks licensed to do so, like Al-Rajhi Bank or Riyadh Bank.
6. Submit two recent photos (size 4cm × 6cm) (in white background).
7. Payment of fees and fine for loss of residence permit (SR1,000).

After activate you can check the status of visa.

What do I need for an Umrah visa?
You will need the following:
A completed original Umrah visa application form. The statement written at the end of the application form must be carefully read and signed. (To obtain a visa application form by post, send a large, self-addressed envelope to your nearest Saudi Consulate.)
If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim.
One recent passport size color photograph with a white background should be attached to the application form. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the application form.
Confirmed and non-refundable airline ticket. Departure from Saudi Arabia should be within two weeks from the date of entry.
Women and children should be accompanied by husband/father or a male relative (Mahram). Proof of relationship is required (a marriage certificate for a wife, a birth certificate for a child indicating the names of both parents). The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children.
If a woman is 45 years old or older, she is allowed to go without a Mahram if she travels with an organized group or family and submits a notarized No Objection Certificate from her Mahram.
If the applicant is not a national of the country he/she is applying from, a valid residency permit must be submitted with the application.
A vaccination certificate against Meningococcal Meningitis should be attached. The certificate of vaccinations should have been issued not more than three years and not less than 10 days prior to entry to Saudi Arabia and it should be valid for three years. The vaccination certificate must be with the applicant on entry to Saudi Arabia.
Umrah visa is valid for 30 days only. This does not mean that you can stay in Saudi Arabia for 30 days. Within these 30 days you should perform Umrah, making sure your departure from Saudi Arabia is within two weeks of the date of entry.
The visa for Umrah in Ramadan cannot exceed the last day of Ramadan. You should leave Saudi Arabia by the end of Ramadan and cannot have Eid-ul-Fitr there.

How can I apply for iqama (Residential Permit) in Saudi Arabia?
Iqama is the resident permit for an expatriate working in Saudi Arabia. The employer, commonly known as the sponsor, is responsible for making and renewing the Iqama of the foreign employee.
Residence permit is very important in Saudi Arabia for expatriate and it carries always with him.
1. Complete the application form with information exactly as written in the passport. Sign the form and get it stamped with the employer's seal.
2. Present the valid passport.
3. Submit 2 recent colored photos (4x6cm) of white background.
4. Attach a clear copy of ID card belonging to the employer for "individuals".
5. Payment receipt
6. Get a medical examination (requirement varies according to nationality).
Iqama renewal fees: For one year 250 Saudi Riyals and for two years is 500 Saudi Riyals.
Residence Permit (Iqama)
- Employers must obtain residence permits for their employees to enable them move freely in the city where they work.
- When an employee travels outside the Kingdom on a entry visa, the employer must keep the employee’s residence permit until his return to Saudi Arabia. To obtain a final exit visa, the residence permit is submitted to the passports authority with a final exit visa request form.
- If the passport or residence permit is lost, the incident must be reported to the passports authority within 24 hours. If there is no passport authority in the neighborhood, the incident must be reported to the nearest police station. Violators of the rule are punished according to established law.
- Residence permits must be renewed 3 days before expiration date. First-time violators pay a fine equals to the renewal charge. The fine is doubled in case of a second violation. If a resident violates the rule 3 times, deportation will be his punishment.
- Householder’s residence permit includes permit for his wife and legal minors (sons and daughters.) The householder’s son and / or daughter above the age of 18 years must be a passport holder and obtain a separate visa after paying the applicable fee.
- A resident alien must present the residence permit to passports officers at their request; otherwise, he will be punished according to the established law.
- The resident must keep the residence permit safely and never hand it to others. Pawning it is strictly prohibited.
- The resident householder’s dependents are not allowed to work without the permission of the concerned authorities. Violators of the rule are liable to be punished according to the established law.
- Companies, establishments and individuals must obtain residence and work permits for their employees. It is illegal to employ an alien who does not possess a residence or work permit. Employing individuals who are sponsored by others is a violation of the system.
- Photographs of dependents must be added to the resident householder’s passport.
- Lost or damaged residence permits are replaced with new ones, stamped as “Replacement,” validity of which is as same as of the original permit i.e. untill the expiry date.
